Ana'kar Original Race Draft 1

So a friend and I are starting a roleplay, and we're constructing races from scratch. I told him I'd draw races. So... Here we go. I shall tell you about the Ana'kars, although you probably don't care.

The Ana'kars are amphibious humanoids with digitigrade legs, tails, and tendrils on their heads as well as horns and hair. They have smooth, salamanderlike skin that come in a range of cool and neutral colors, some born with stripe patterns. They have spines on their backs, tails, and sometimes head that have webbing in between each spine. They have four arms, the lower set being smaller than the upper. They have elongated hip bones, with webbing on the hip bones connectening to the elbows of the lower arms, and webbing going from the elbows of the lower arms to the elbows of the upper arms. They have webbing in between each finger and toe. They have four toes, four fingers on their lower arms, and five fingers on their upper arms (two thumbs, three fingers) There is virtually no difference between males or females except for females being a little bit slimmer. They are omnivores, though have sharp fangs instead of humanesque teeth. They communicate underwater through whale or dolphinlike whistles and squeaks, but they can also speak in "surface" languages because of their highly developed vocal chords. Ana'kars are rare, preferring to stay in their Atlantisesque cities and towns, though are not as rare as the Kil'ara, and you can find many at large surface cities. Ana'kars are masters with the spear, using regular ones as well as tridents. They are also skilled with swords and daggers, to a lesser degree. Any legendary spearwielders were either Ana'kar themselves, or trained by them. They usually use a spear with their upper arms, and dual wield swords or daggers with their lower arms. Not much is known about their culture, as they have a very logical outlook on life, basically a whole race of agnostic atheists. In other words, they have no god, but are not sure if there IS one for others.
